Stand in a Mountain pose; feet, are parallel and arms are by your side

As you inhale, roll your shoulders up

Exhale roll the shoulders back; feel the release of tension in your shoulders

Repeat 2 times

Inhale; roll shoulders up

Exhale; roll the shoulders forward

Repeat 2 times

With each breath, feel the tension in your shoulders release
