Be Flexible like a cat :)

Place your body in a  cat/cow position, (knees are bent and under your pelvis and hands are on your mat or carpeted floor).

 

Inhale; roll your pelvis (hips) forward and your spine will curl towards the ceiling

Exhale; roll your pelvis back and a small arch in your arch in your lower back will occur

Repeat 2 times
