Inner Peace

Sit on a mat or carpeted floor, with your legs crossed

Place your hands on your knees, and sit up straight, and hold your abdominal muscles in

Inhale; roll your shoulders up to your ears

Exhale; roll your shoulders back

Repeat 2x’s

Remain in your seated position

Inhale; Hold your abs in

Exhale; gently let your head sink to the right side of your body

Inhale; bring your neck back to the center

Exhale; gently let your neck sink to the left side of your body

Inhale back to center

Repeat 2x’s
