SUPERMAN = SEXY ARMS!!!!

Lay flat on your stomach with your legs and feet parallel. In the Superman position, your legs are AD-ducted (pressed together). If doing so is uncomfortable, keep your legs slightly apart but make sure they remain parallel.

Place your arms by your side.

Inhale; Contract your abdominals

Exhale; extend your spine off the mat

***When extending up, lead with the top of your head. In other words, be careful not to tilt your head back and overextend your neck.

Inhale; hold your position

Exhale; extend back down to the mat

To challenge your triceps, you will need 2lb-5lb exercise balls.

Inhale; Contract your abdominals

Exhale; extend into the Superman position with exercise balls in your hands and lift your arms off the mat.

For 5 counts, inhale and pulse your arms upward

For another 5 counts, exhale and continue to pulse upward

Superman 1

Now, re-arrange your hands, so your palms are facing each other.

For another 5 counts, inhale and pulse your arms inward

For the final set of 5 counts exhale and pulse yours arms inward.

Inhale; hold your position

Exhale; slowly extend down to the mat.

Repeat 8-10x’s.
